Waterside Holiday Park and Spa operate three parks in the Weymouth area and are well known as the original Five Star Holiday Park. At their Bowleaze location right on the beach they offer caravan holiday homes in a setting of ultimate luxury including amenities such as; several indoor swimming pools, gymnasium, spa, slipway for boat launching and boat storage, Champagne bar, award winning restaurants and their ever popular entertainment venue all within the beautiful back drop of Weymouth Bay.

With so many of our mutual customers enjoying the premium quality of this holiday park and our Crownline brand of American sports boats we thought it would be a good idea to team up with them for the summer. With this in mind we will have several of our Crownline boats on display at this all new Lifestyle Show.

We will have on display our Crownline 180 Bowrider attached to the Range Rover Sport to display the ease of storing, launching and recovering at their onsite compound and slipway. For those looking for something a little bigger we will have our Crownline 270 Cruiser on the parade ground ready to demonstrate.

Land Rover will also be there as the official vehicle partners and will be displaying three of their newest 2010 models.

Blue Water Horizons are pleased to invite you to our Open House Event for next weekend the 1^st and 2^nd of May at the new Portland Marina, the site of the 2012 Olympic Venue and our newest sales office and workshop.

At the Open House Event we will have boats on the water, ready for viewing and sea trial. We will have the Patagonia 44’ Trawler Yacht, Aqualum 35’ Flybridge Yacht, a selection of our Crownline brand of American sports boats including the flagship Crownline 340 Cruiser, 270 Cruiser, 230 Cuddy, 220 Deck Boat and 180 Bowrider. We will also have our range of Lomac RIB’s and Endeavour fishing boats.    

For the used boat buyer we will have a selection of our stock on the hard ground in our workshop at unit 24. Our new office at unit 9 will be open with refreshments provided by the Witham family from our new Blue Water Cafe.

In addition to our product range, we will also have on display the all new Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet, the new Volkswagen Van and the new Range Rover Sport with staff available to demonstrate and answer questions.

We will have several free prize draws, one for a trip in the bay with a Crownline as well as one for a day with the Mercedes Cabriolet.

The weather looks good so come out and have a good time in the sun at the new marina. Please bring your family and friends and see what’s new.

Blue Water Horizons and Mercedes Benz of Dorchester, Poole and Salisbury have teamed up to provide our customers with the fusion of the premium class and quality of the Mercedes brand and the premium class and quality of our Crownline brand, which is well known as the “Mercedes of the water”.

Mercedes Benz will have on display the all new E-Class Cabriolet at our open house day this 1^st and 2^nd of May at the new Portland Marina in Weymouth. This new cabriolet finishes the family of convertibles and has long been awaited and highly acclaimed. This will be a part of their ongoing “Summer Starts Here” campaign. There will be a free prize draw for a day with the cabriolet and a member of their promotions team will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate the car.

This is a great time to see the newest model from Mercedes, so come and enjoy a day in the sun and see the new Crownline models as well at the 2012 Olympic Sailing Marina.

We are pleased to announce that we will be attending the London Boat Show this January 8th -17th 2010 at the London Excell building on stand SO35 in the South Hall. We will have on display our Crownline and Aqualum brand ranges. The Aqualum 35′ Flybridge, Crownline 340 cruiser, 270 cruiser, 220 deck boat and 19 SS bowrider will all be on display.  We will be advertising January and boat show discounts across the ranges for all 2009 and 2010 stock. Blue Water Horizons are pleased to announce that we have new owners of Crownline Boats Inc. After much speculation over the last few weeks, we now have confirmation from Crownline of the owners and their intentions. They will continue with the same level of production in the same location and production starts for the winter shows in six to eight weeks. All warranties will be honoured as expected. Quotes from Kevin Reim (the former and new Vice President and General Manager) state that he will be contacting all dealers to assure us of the continued success he expects from the Crownline brand. Blue Water Horizons would like to assure all of our customers that business will continue as normal and that Crownline is now in a even stronger position to offer continued sales and services. Thank you to all our loyal customers for your support.

The 2009 NEC Birmingham Boat show was another great success for the Blue Water Horizons Team. Attendance was up over last year and we had multiple orders taken for Crownline boats. We added yet another dealer for our new Aqualum Flybridge and the Patagonia Trawler Yacht continues to get great reviews with her first European boat test scheduled for the last week in February. If you would like to view our brands in more detail, please give a call for the open house sea trials scheduled in March.

We have all returned from the London Boat Show at Excel.

The overall attendance was down by 13% but that did not stop the ongoing success of Blue Water Horizons.

Our Crownline brand continues to have repeat buyers who appreciate the quality of the brand, with multiple orders being taken at the show.  

We launched the new Patagonia Latitude 44′ Trawler Yacht and everyone one who saw her loved the unique layout she provides. We have now placed our second order with the factory and we all look forward to the great success we expect her to be.

The Aqualum 35′ flybridge was also at the show and was so loved that we even had a MTV music video filmed on her at the show.

Our Poole branch located at Cobbs Quay is now open.This is our newest addition to our extensive dealer network throughout the UK and Ireland.

We offer sales of new and used boats, RYA training, valeting, guardiennage and antifouling.

Andrea Drew will be managing this site. She started with Crownline in 2005 and has extensive expertise and knowledge of local and international boating.

Tony Jaques will be handling the after sales services with his company Boatylicious. He has been working in this field for 15 years and is well known throughout the area.

Our RYA training will be conducted by James Tapp with his company Go-Boating. He has been the local RYA trainer for many years.
